Wednesday is a comedic series of American Supernatural Horror, based on a character on Wednesday from Addams’s Addams Family. Created by Jenna Ortega, created by Alfred Goff and Miles Milar, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Louise Guzman, Isaac Orones, Gendolin Kristi, Rayik Lindhom, Jamie McSshan, Fred Armizen and Kristina Ricks support. Four out of eight episodes are directed by Tim Burton, who also performs the executive producer. He spins around the character of the title trying to solve the secrets of the monster at his school.

Burton was previously associated with two family addams: the 1991 film, which he rejected and the animated film of the abolished stop movement. In October 2020, it was reported that he was a director of directorial series, who later received a series order from Netflix. Filming took place in Romania from September 2021 to March 2022. Wednesday premiered on November 16, 2022 and premiered on Netflix on November 23, generally positive reviews from critics who evaluated Ortega’s performance but found some similarities to CW dramas. Within two weeks of his premiere, he became the third most viewed English-language series of Netflix.
