Review
“My Best Friend’s Wedding” is a classic romantic comedy that takes a test of time. The film is a pleasant mix of humorous, romance and drama, with stellar actors and witty scenarios.
Julia Roberts delivers a brilliant performance as Juliana, with a character charm, insecurity and despair. Dermo Mulron is equally charming as the object of Michael, Juliana’s love. Cameron Diaz shines like a sweet and innocent Kim, and Rupert Everett steals the show as Julian’s witty and auxiliary friend, George.
The film’s humor is sharp and sophisticated, with lots of memorable disposable and comic moments. The soundtrack is also excellent, featuring a blend of classic and modern songs that perfectly complement the film tone.
